Conservatory Room Rental Rates, Hours and Capacities
Thank you for considering the Garfield Park Conservatory for your upcoming event. The lush flora and tropical temperatures of the Conservatory offer a spectacular backdrop for weddings, parties, holiday gatherings, seated dinners, anniversary/birthday celebrations, lectures, and meetings.

Rental Hours
The following rental hours are for all spaces except Community Room and Jensen Room, which are available for daytime use only, when rented alone.

10pm | to | 11pm: | Cleanup; all events must conclude by 11pm. |
Additional Hours Info
All events must conclude by 11pm. If you go beyond the approved hours for your event, there is an additional cost of $500 per hour for any event.
Room Capacities
Capacity figured on an approximate 9 square feet / person ratio. These numbers do not take into account space gained from using the Fern Room, Show House, Palm House, Sugar from the Sun Room, Desert House, or Aroid House pathways. The measurements include the restricted areas.
